El Grifo Malvasía Seco Colección 2024

A crisp, refreshing white wine from the volcanic soils of Lanzarote. Made with the island’s unique Malvasía Volcánica grape, it bursts with bright citrus and tropical fruit flavours, balanced by a touch of minerality and a smooth, dry finish.

Maho 2023

Produced by one of Lanzarote’s youngest winemakers, David Fernandez, Maho Blanco combines Malvasía Volcánica, Listán Blanco, and Diego from old ungrafted vines. Naturally fermented and aged six months on the lees in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak, this wine offers an elegant balance of volcanic freshness, depth, and minerality.

Milagro de Magamasía 2022

A lees-aged Malvasía Volcánica combining fresh acidity, elegance, and complexity, given by a subtle oxidation. An excellent wine with food.

Vulcano Vijariego (Diego) 2018

A rare, barrel-fermented white wine made from the indigenous Diego grape. It offers delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and melon, complemented by subtle aging notes of cloves and cinnamon.

Bermejo Diego Seco 2023

Bright, fresh, and full of volcanic character, Diego (Vijariego) is Lanzarote’s best-kept secret. A must-try for lovers of crisp, gastronomic wines.

Vulcano Malvasía Seco 2023

Zesty, floral, and full of tropical fruit, this Malvasía Volcánica is crisp, vibrant, and dangerously easy to drink.

Excellent wines at reasonable prices: these are not large scale ‘industrial’ vineyards but small artisanal vineyards working on uncompromising terroir with locally specific varietals like Malvasia. Unique wines & vermouths, so naturally slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill stuff, but top quality and definitely worth it. And I had very good service from Ollie & Co.
