This is one of the most identifiable Canarian products around; a typical digestive enjoyed after a meal across the Islands enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

Once the rum is processed, honey and aromatic extracts are added. Then it goes through homogenisation and filtration by traditional techniques. As a result, an exquisite combination of aroma and flavour is extracted. It is perfect both as an aperitif and as a digestive throughout the year.

Excellent wines at reasonable prices: these are not large scale ‘industrial’ vineyards but small artisanal vineyards working on uncompromising terroir with locally specific varietals like Malvasia. Unique wines & vermouths, so naturally slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill stuff, but top quality and definitely worth it. And I had very good service from Ollie & Co.
