Produced from premium olives grown in Fuerteventura, served from a fine spray bottle. 

 This extra virgin olive oil is characterised by a light yellow/green colour, with a fruity, bitter and spicy aromas.  

Recommended to be used raw with salads, pastas or cooked vegetables for example.  But can also be used in stews or roasts among many other dishes.

Excellent wines at reasonable prices: these are not large scale ‘industrial’ vineyards but small artisanal vineyards working on uncompromising terroir with locally specific varietals like Malvasia. Unique wines & vermouths, so naturally slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill stuff, but top quality and definitely worth it. And I had very good service from Ollie & Co.
