Unlike a traditional Vermouth, Primo’s base is a top-quality wine produced using Lanzarote’s finest wines from the Malvasía Volcánica & Diego grape varieties, then later infused with a mixture of selected herbs and spices.

Excellent wines at reasonable prices: these are not large scale ‘industrial’ vineyards but small artisanal vineyards working on uncompromising terroir with locally specific varietals like Malvasia. Unique wines & vermouths, so naturally slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill stuff, but top quality and definitely worth it. And I had very good service from Ollie & Co.
