This limited-edition wine is made from a blend of Listán Negro, Negramol, and Listán Blanco grapes, sourced from old vines aged 60 to 90 years in the Las Riquelas vineyard, located in El Sauzal, on the northern coast of Tenerife. Farming uses organic and sustainable practices.
All three grape varieties are co-fermented in a single batch, with a 21-day maceration to extract colour, aroma, and structure. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 9 months of ageing in the same French oak.
Only 1,720 bottles were produced.

Bodega LoHer
Winemaker – Fátima Hernández
Bodega LoHer is a boutique winery located in La Victoria de Acentejo, within the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo. Established in 2013, it was founded by Lorenzo Hernández and is now led by his daughter, Fátima Hernández. The winery spans 14 hectares and focuses on minimal intervention winemaking to produce wines that reflect the unique volcanic terroir of the region.
Colour
Medium ruby.
Aroma
On the nose, it’s earthy, it opens with aromas of dried herbs and dried red fruit, and light smoke, with subtle hints of dried wildflowers in the background.
Mouth
On the palate, it’s raw and textured, with firm tannins, high acidity, and a mineral backbone. There’s no attempt to polish or overwork the wine; it embraces its natural edge and delivers a gritty, terroir-driven expression of the island.
Food Pairing
Grilled meat (lamb chops, pork shoulder), goat stew, lentils with chorizo, aged or smoked cheeses.
