Salinas de Janubio Flor de Sal

Gourmet salt “Flor de Sal”, produced by Salinas de Janubio in Lanzarote is a premium salt with an evocative marine flavour and delicate texture. It possesses a less salty taste on the palate and its production is very limited due to the conditions for harvesting.

Bernardo’s Red & Green Mojo Sauce

Traditional sauce from the Canary Islands. Spicy red and soft green mojo sauce made with authentic peppers from La Palma. 

Perfect with meat, fish and potatoes in all their forms, without ruling out many other options that can be tried and ‘tasted’ in the kitchen! 

Lágrima de Malvasia Volcánica Vinegar

Award winning artisan vinegar produced from Lanzarote´s Malvasía Volcánica grape aged 6 months in French Oak. 

Ideal for salads, sauces, fish and of course chips! 

Produced from premium olives grown in Fuerteventura, served from a fine spray bottle.

Lágrima Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

This extra virgin olive oil is characterised by a light yellow/green colour, with a fruity, bitter and spicy aromas.  

Recommended to be used raw with salads, pastas or cooked vegetables for example.  But can also be used in stews or roasts among many other dishes.

Excellent wines at reasonable prices: these are not large scale ‘industrial’ vineyards but small artisanal vineyards working on uncompromising terroir with locally specific varietals like Malvasia. Unique wines & vermouths, so naturally slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill stuff, but top quality and definitely worth it. And I had very good service from Ollie & Co.
