A dry, crisp and perfect choice as a gastronomic wine. Lesser known, but much loved from the increasingly sought after variety, Diego or Vijariego as it is known on some of the other Canary Islands. This is a young wine produced using only stainless steel, thereby maintaining the freshness. The wine possess great acidity while it is less aromatic than the more famous Malvasiá Volcanica grape, which many have grown accustomed to from Lanzarote wine. The team strongly recommend you try this!
