Primo – White Vermouth
Unlike a traditional vermouth, Primo White begins with a premium wine base produced from Lanzarote’s finest grape, Malvasía Volcánica. The wine is then infused with a selection of herbs and spices, creating a bright, aromatic vermouth that highlights the natural character of the island’s volcanic terroir.
Primo – Red Vermouth
Unlike many traditional vermouths that achieve their colour from caramel, Primo Red obtains its deep, rich hue from Palm Honey sourced from the small Canary Island of La Palma. This unique ingredient adds subtle sweetness and complexity, complementing the carefully balanced blend of botanicals.
Primo – Quinado
Inspired by the Italian tradition of Barolo Chinato, Primo Quinado is an aromatised wine made from Listán Negro grapes. It undergoes maceration with a carefully balanced selection of spices and botanicals, including quina calissaja bark, rhubarb, gentian, wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), cardamom, clove, star anise, and coriander. The result is a richly layered and bittersweet expression, offering depth, warmth, and a complex aromatic profile that can be enjoyed as a sophisticated aperitif or digestif.
