After the great success of Bernardo’s Mojo Sauces, we are proud to announce the next step in our collaboration as we expand our portfolio to include Bernardo's Jams and Gin. Their range of jams and marmalades, made with locally sourced fruit, is the perfect way to bring a touch of the Canary Islands' vibrant flavours to your kitchen. For the Spirits lovers, don’t miss out on Bernardo’s new brand, Sürest Gin. Sürest is available in two styles: the London Dry and th the flavoured Sürest Cactus Gin, crafted from the prickly pear fruit that grows on Lanzarote's unique cactus plants. These refreshing spirits bring a true taste of the island straight to your glass.
Next, we are excited to present Bodega Olivina’s amazing wines, Respiro Tinto and Rosado (red and rosé), made with 100% Listán Negro. Olivina’s wines showcase the unique terroir of Lanzarote, delivering a perfect balance of minerality and fruity flavours.
If you enjoy high-quality seafood, you should try the Wahoo in Olive Oil from Smokehouse La Gomera. It’s a fantastic complement to any Mediterranean-inspired dish (or we should say Atlantic-inspired), whether enjoyed on its own or incorporated into a more elaborate recipe.
Lágrima de Malvasía Balsamic Vinegar is now available in a convenient spray format. This artisanal balsamic vinegar, known for its rich and nuanced flavour profile, allows for effortless application, making it perfect for drizzling over salads, grilled vegetables, or even desserts. The vinegars and oils for Lágrima de Malvasía are endorsed by none other than Martín Berasategui, holder of the most Michelin stars in Spain!
