Aroma
On the nose it is elegant and varietal. The marked personality of the Listán Negro is fused with certain notes of toasted oak wood, red berries, toffee and coffee.
Mouth
Fresh, with a gentle palate, there is a reminiscence of roasted notes from the barrels combined with dark fruits and silky tannins.
Food Pairing
Superb with game, a hearty stew or barbecued ribs.
